Letty Flatt is a pastry chef by trade–she has worked in the bakery at Deer Valley Resort in Park City Utah for 27 years. In 2006, Salt Lake Magazine’s dining awards recognized her as Best Pastry Chef. She is the author of Chocolate Snowball: and Other Fabulous Pastries from Deer Valley Bakery.
Letty is a vegetarian gourmet cook by passion, having followed this way of eating for more than 35 years. She writes a mostly vegetarian blog—muffintalk.wordpress.com.
She lives in Park City, Utah. She is an avid skier, hiker and yoga student. She graduated from the French Culinary Institute in New York City.
