Scot Rice

Chef Scot Rice is an alumnus of the Napa Valley Cooking School. He is also a graduate of the Professional Baking and Pastry Program at the Culinary Institute of America. Born and raised in Kodiak, Alaska, Scot has worked extensively in the salmon fishery industry. Scot has also worked in San Francisco at Citizen Cake, Restaurant Gary Danko, and Acme Breads. Scot moved to Utah to work as the Culinary Coordinator for Sur La Table, and is currently working as the Pastry Chef at Salt Lake City’s Alta Club. Scot is fun, entertaining, and well versed in teaching others to cook. He will guide you through creative recipes ranging from family dining to entertaining.
